Celebrate Harlem’s historic and cultural richness during HARLEM WEEK, a Harlem-based month-long festival running from July 28 to August 31, 2019. HARLEM WEEK celebrates this year its 45th anniversary with a very strong theme: Our Local History Creates a Global Impact, highlighting the impact and influence of Harlem on the world. What originally started as a small tribute has now become one of New York’s longest running events, with over 100 events spread across the whole neighborhood, celebrating Harlem’s culture and brilliance.
